Dr. Jaime Membreno is a third generation board certified ophthalmologist, with a long standing passion for eye care, which is coupled to his caring and compassionate nature. Dr. Membreno received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Doctor of Medicine from Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his Ophthalmology residency at Temple University Department of Ophthalmology and a fellowship in Medical and Surgical Retina at Yale University School of Medicine.
Dr. Membreno is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, fellow of the American College of Surgeons and fellow of the American Society of Retina Specialists. He has given numerous scientific and medical presentations at national and international meetings including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Vitreous Society. I addition he is published in prestigious journals such as the Ophthalmology Journal, Retina Journal and the American Journal of Ophthalmology.
